Our first P3 Pearl is Diannia Baty, Author, Inspirational Speaker and P3 Spiritual Life Coach!
Rev. Diannia is a resident of Granite Quarry, NC. She moved there after living for 32 years in the state of Florida. Known affectionately as Lady Diannia to her students and clients, she wears many hats from spiritual leader and teacher to life coach and author.
She was a first born to a family of five. She will tell you openly that she is a survivor of a previously abusive childhood and dysfunctional childhood. Her riveting blue eyes will hold you enthralled as she teaches you about life, personal responsibility and age old spiritual tools to enhance your life and bring about inner peace and understanding of the self. She started her journey to self awareness because her life wasn’t working. What she discovered along her journey she now teaches to others.
Her teaching and workshops are transformational and intense. Charismatic and loving she will take you to a life that you could have never thought you could have. She desires for you to understand that you were never meant to suffer. She helps you to know God and yourself in a very personal way and use your mind the way you were meant to. She is fond of saying, “it’s all about choices.” She also says “if not now, when?”
Next, we'll have P3 Pearl Kim Jacobs, International Speaker and TV Show Host. Kim brings to life an understanding of all things when it's time to make the big leap into your true passion. How do you deal with the emotional triggers, the internal dialogue that plague you and how do you move forward. Kim teaches through her story and the answers to these questions are revealed.
Kim Jacobs is a motivational speaker and entrepreneur whose time has come. As she traveled around the country empowering people to take ownership of their lives in every aspect, she received an outpouring of support for her to reach more people on a national level. Mentored and supported by the world-renowned motivational speaker and author Les Brown, Kim embarked on her passion of television hosting.
Kim Jacobs is a member of the National Speaker’s Association. She is also a Certified Seminar Speaker through the American Seminar Leader’s Association and a Certified Seminar Speaker through Les Brown Speaker’s Network. A vivacious self-starter, Kim is the founder and CEO of Kim Jacobs Unlimited, Inc., a seminar and production company.
Next we have, P3 Pearl Chia - Li Chien, Business Strategist and Author! Chia - Li will show us the money. She will take us on a journey of how we can begin to bring wealth and prosperity into our lives. She shares steps to making wealth and prosperity a part of everyday living!

Chia-Li received her bachelor's degree from Central Connecticut State University, and her master's degree from University of Hartford. In addition, she is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), Charter Trust and Estate Planner (CTEP™), and Project Management Professional (PMP). She is a board member and a Pro Bono Director of Financial Planning Association of Charlotte. She provides pro bono services in the community along with CharlotteSave, Charlotte Housing Authority and many local non-profit community organizations. She is a board member of Women's Advisory Board (WAB) for Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. She is an active member of NAWBO, and WPO (Women President Organization). She has been married since 1990 and has two children. She was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan with love of international travel. |

And last but not least, Lisa Thomas - Visionary for Women and Founder of The Power, Passion and Purpose Group. Lisa will facilitate this incredible workshop that leads women into self discovery and ignites a sense of confidence to accomplish their desired goals.
Lisa Thomas is a force to be reckoned with standing for “every” woman. She brings the point home as she explains The P3 Circles of Life and how they apply to your everyday Professional and Executive Challenges.
Lisa has been living her vision for the past seven years and has built an organization on assisting women in discovering their passions. Lisa will take participants on an interactive journey of dialogue about The Power of Vision and Living Life in Passionate Action.
Lisa is founder of The P3 Group, Inc, P3 Power Boost Magazine, Radio Show Host, Author and Poet. She has appeared on Seattle Washington’s Radio Show, “Chat with Women”, NPR Affiliate WFDD, FOX8 TV and The Cary News.
